Once you have decided to hire GBSO there is no deal until a contract has been signed. GBSO will complete a standard contract in which the details surrounding the job will be spelled out. One of which concerns the payment schedule.

As a matter of good faith, 50% of the agreed upon fee will need to be returned to GBSO with a signed copy of the contract. Failing that, there is no meeting of the minds and therefore GBSO is free to accept another job on the date in question. Once the signed contract and deposit has been received by GBSO the band is committed as according to the contract.

The remaining 50% will be paid before the job starts. Failing that, GBSO may or may not start the job at the prescribed time. It will be at the sole desecration of the job leader. Should the remaining 50% not be paid at the prescribed time it would then become a breach of contract and the band would not perform the remainder of the job. All moneys paid in advance would be automatically forfeited and not refundable.

2. CASHIER'S CHECK
3. MONEY ORDER
4. CORPORATE CHECK
5. PERSONAL CHECKS MAY BE USED FOR THE FINAL PAYMENT PROVIDED THAT IT IS RECEIVED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE JOB.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT UNDER 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT DATE.
