GBSO does have a few needs that you will have to supply.

Electricity. At least two separate outlets should be within 10 feet of the band. We carry extension cords but it would be a good idea to have some on hand just in case.

Comfortable chairs. We need 18 chairs, padded if possible.

A minimum space 16 feet by 12 feet. Larger is better. A riser is better yet but not mandatory. For the safely of the band and the audience, it is best to have the band on a stage or temporary risers. If risers are used there should be three levels (the floor could be included as one level). The upper most level MUST have a chair rail mounted securely to prevent chairs from falling off the back. It can be as simple as nailing a 1/2 in. strip of wood along the back edge.

Everything else we supply. If you are renting the hall, please make sure that you know where you are planning to set up the band. Many times we will attempt to check out the place ahead of time to ensure there are no last minute problems. We, like you, want everything to go as smoothly as possible.
